Program Length: 3 Months - 408 Clock Hours / 12 Semester Hours

Schedule: 3 Days per Week

  • Day Program: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Evening Program: 6:00pm-10:00pm
    + Every Other Saturday

Computer Support Technicians provide technical assistance, support, and advice to individuals and organizations that depend on Information Technology. In today’s fast-paced world, businesses can’t afford the down-time of computer trouble. Individuals with the skills to quickly assess and remedy tech issues are in consistent demand and are paid well for their skills.

This program is designed to prepare students for entry level positions in computer technology maintaining and supporting Personal Computer (PC) hardware, network hardware, operating systems, routers, switches, and other peripheral equipment. Graduates will feel confident providing IT support in person, via telephone, or from a remote location.

Computer troubleshooting training will include hardware, software, and computer network basics. Graduates will also acquire the skills necessary to troubleshoot basic problems related to configuring and maintaining applications such as:
