    8:30am – 3:00pm

This course provides hands-on training in the various activities of the medical office including:

  • Computer and Medical Software
  • Medical Terminology
  • Human Anatomy and Physiology
  • Medical Law and Ethics
  • Medical Coding and Billing
  • Medical Insurance Billing Forms and Claims
  • Business Communication

This specialization will prepare the student to accurately code all major medical diagnoses using the ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM and perform procedural coding using CPT-4.

As a successful graduate of this program you will feel fully prepared for the Medical Coding Certification Exam. This industry certification is recognized by employers and will help you make the transition from student into working professional. CCI offers limited scholastic scholarships to qualified Medical Coding & Billing students cover expenses associated with the coding certification exam.
