Pharmacy Technicians, sometimes called Pharmacy Assistants, are important members of the healthcare community, assisting Pharmacists to dispense medication and other healthcare products to patients. Pharmacy professionals are a much needed lifeline for those who are ill, in pain, chronically or otherwise injured, or those who face other health issues such as allergies and infections.

A Phlebotomist is a medical professional who is trained to obtain blood samples from patients by venipuncture (from a vein). Lab Technicians perform clinical laboratory tests and play an important role in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease.

Whether you pursue a position in a Pharmacy or as a Phlebotomist/Lab Technician, your work in this field will make a real difference in the health and well-being of others.
